 Police
received information about a single vehicle accident on High Street
at the corner of Cooling Street. It was reported as a persons
trapped accident where a vehicle had driven through a fence and into
the side of a house.
There were two persons on board.
Persons assisting at the scene initially had difficulty finding a
pulse on the driver and thought they were deceased. The passenger
was reported as ok. A short time later, a pulse was found.
Numerous emergency services responded quickly including police,
rescue and ambulance.
Upon arrival, police advised the
driver was helped out of the vehicle and was being treated by
ambulance. The passenger was also being treated.
It is
believed that there are no life threatening injuries to either
passenger.
