MODERATE FLOOD BULLETIN
What to expect: Moderate flooding in excess of 7.2m AHD is predicted by the NSW Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) for the Wilsons River at Lismore. Browns Creek flood gate will be closed after 5.2m and the pumps will be turned on. Rain in the basin area exceeding 5ml per hour may cause flash flooding in low lying areas of the CBD. Locations at risk include: Lismore Tourist Caravan Park Dawson / Woodlark Streets Roundabout Larkin Lane, Rural & King Streets Dawson / Zadoc Streets Roundabout
Recommended action: Prepare to implement your Flood Response Plan. Get ready to lift or remove stock to safe flood heights (check your floor height). Check staff availability and resources required. Monitor local radio stations for announcements: ABC - FM 94.5 & AM 738 2LM - AM 900 2NCR - FM 92.9

EVACUATION WARNING
What to expect: Recommended action: Start your Flood Response Plan now. If unable to remove stock, lift it above a safe flood height, secure your property and go to a safe location that is not affected by flood as soon as possible. The 1974 peak flood height was 12.12m AHD.

EVACUATION ORDER
What to expect: CBD Levee about to overtop. Floodwaters will flow over the Browns Creek spillway into the CBD at times with a velocity that people may be swept off their feet. All roads out of the CBD will begin to flood and could be closed to all traffic within one hour.
Recommended action: Leave the area immediately.
Emergency services sirens will be sounded. Radio and television evacuation bulletins will be broadcast on local stations. If time permits, door-knocking advice will be conducted by SES volunteers and/or by the Rural Fire Service and Police.
