The long wait for a result for the seat of Lismore in the NSW State Election
2015 came to an end yesterday morning when the 'button' was pushed.
A
crowd watched as the NSW Electoral Commission's returning officer clicked the
button and we all waited for the computer to distribute the preferences and tell
us who won. The crowd clapped and cheered when the Nationals' Thomas George MP
was announced.
